B-Twist Feilong

B-Twist Feilong
This trick is a combination of a Butterfly Twist and the Feilong. It’s either a B-Twist Shuriken with a Roundkick or a Feilong that is entered from a B-Twist Setup.

01 B-Twist Round

If you want to learn how to do a normal Feilong, a Tornado Kick is the direct prerequisite. The Tornado equivalent for B-Twists is a B-Twist Round.

02 B-Twist Shuriken

The second component would be the B-Twist Shuriken. It should have some good height, so you can easily fit in the roundkick afterwards.

03 B-Twist Feilong

Now all you need to do is to do both together. Turn over quickly after the takeoff so you can spot on both kicks. It's really easy if you can do both prerequisites. You can also stay a bit more vertical. That will make it easier to get both kicks out.

Tips

Focus a bit more on the dipping motion of the Butterfly Twist. Dip low so you can explode upwards, which will make it easier to get a nice extension on the first kick.

You also don’t want to be too horizontal or else you will have trouble kicking. Try to be a bit more vertical. It should really feel like entering a Feilong from a Butterfly Twist.
