It's a front kick with a jump and 180 degrees of rotation. You start in backside (back facing direction of travel) and finish in frontside (face facing direction of travel).

This is the backside stance. I will travel to my left so my back is facing left.  My kicking leg is behind.

Squat down slightly, because jumping with straight legs is hard.

Jump up all the way through your toes. Everything should be straight. Spot your target.

Pull your kicking legs knee up in front of you so it can get ready to kick. Your hip should now be facing the front. 

Front Kick! 

Re-Chamber and land.

Frontside Stance.

Tips
Try to kick while you're in the air. Don't jump, land and then kick. You will jump, rotate 90°, Kick, rotate 90° and land.
