The Butterfly Hook or also B-Kick Hyperhook is a Butterfly Kick followed up by a hook kick prior to landing. It's actually just a very big tsunami kick (stepover hook) from a B-Kick setup.

01 Butterfly Kick

Start off with a normal B-Kick. It's a very easy trick and can be learned in one day easily. Swing your backleg up hard and use your upper bodys lift from the dipping motion to get a little bit of airtime.

02 Tsunami

The second part of the butter knife is a tsunami (stepover hook). If you look closely, the tsunami is kind of the same as a Butterfly Hook. Just with less airtime.

03 Add Setup

Now add the momentum steps to the tsunami.

04 Butterfly Hook

To perform a Butterfly Hook, all you need to do now is to setup into a butterfly kick first and then cancel it midair into a tsunami. It's very easy if you try to turn around to spot your target early, while you're airborne.
Tips
The butterfly hook can also be done completely inverted, making it an Aerial Hook. The technique is very similar.

If you have trouble to get a proper kick out, go back and drill the Tsunami. If you have trouble to get horizontal, go back and drill the Butterfly Kick.
