It’s a tornado kick with two kicks. First an outside crescent followed up by a round or inside crescent. It’s actually very simple if you just think about doing a tornado kick with a straight non kicking leg instead of a bent one.
Start swing your arms wide to the side while you step over with your jumping foot.
As soon as you put the jumping foot onto the ground, lift off with your other leg - ready to swing it up.
Instead of bringing your non kicking leg up bent, you'll swing it up straight.
Swing it all the way up in a circular motion, while you spot forward.
Keep it straight all the way through and start chambering the other leg for the round kick.
Round Kick while your first kick is descending.
Pull the round kick through your target. Done. 2-Hit Move!
Tips
Just learn tornado kick first and this trick basically comes for free. Just stick that first leg out.
