Spot the floor and look for the spot where you'll be placing your hand.
Tap the floor with your hand. Your body should already be entering a Raiz at this point.
From here on it's just like any other raiz. Spot the floor, swing your leg up high, push out your chest and extend at the hip.
Try make it high and floaty to add variations later on or you could also go for low and fast if you want to swing out of it. I went for high and floaty on this one.
Finish it with your chest up.
