Cheat 360
It's a Cheat 720 with two kicks. If you break it down to the very basics it's just a 360 spin where you keep one leg straight all the way through.
Two different Cheat 720 Doubles

Single pump


The single pump is upright and is basically just a 360 spin from a cheat setup, while you stick one leg out. Very easy to learn.

Double pump


The double pump version is basically a cheat 360 that transforms into a tsunami in midair. 
Single Pump

01 Spin 360 bent

Start with your Cheat Setup, like you would for the Tornado Kick. Lift up your knee and spin once. Try to stay as upright as possible, so you won't lose balance when you land.

02 Spin 360 straight

Now repeat Step 1, but stick your leg out instead of keeping it bent. Don't worry about kicking now. Just keep your leg straight and spin once.

03 Kick through

Now finish your 360 spin with a kick. Just spot your target and pull your straight leg through it.  Make sure you're upper body is as straight and upright as possible, so you won't lose balance when you throw the kick.
Double pump progressions

First step is a cheat 360 crescent. As you see the cheat 360 crescent does not hit directly in front of you instead it should be going slighty to the side in the direction of spin. This will lessen the amount of  rotation you need to complete for the cheat 720 double.

The Tsunami, or stepover hook kick, is very important when you want to learn the double pump variation. Pull your knee over and turn around fast to fire the hook kick.  This will teach you the exact motion you need.

Now you need to put it together. Swing your arms wide into your cheat setup.

As you swing your leg up for the cheat kick you will want to keep the swinging leg straight right from the beginning.

Cheat 360. But instead of  keeping your hip facing forward, you'll want to rotate your hip with the kick into the direction of the spin. 

This is where the pump happens. As you see my hip is already facing the side. Pull your your non kicking leg over the other. It's basically a tsunami midair. Pull it over bent and not straight. Straight would be a lot harder and would make it a Cheat 720 Triple. 

Now you can clearly see the stepover hook kick. Keep spinning and get ready to spot over shoulder to hit your target.

Your kicking leg will come back up to release the kick. Spot forward and pull through. 

That's it.

Tips

Learn the single pump version first, as it is a lot easier. There's no need to pump over and all you have to do is keep one leg straight while spinning.

Spotting on the first kick is not necessary but will help you to keep orientation. 

The single pump version needs to be as upright as possible. The double pump can be done laid back or even horizontal (Windex).
