The Feilong is a pop tornado with an outside crescent followed up by a round kick or inside crescent.
01 Pop Tornado
The Pop Tornado is a Feilong minus the outside crescent kick. It’s fairly easy. Just make sure you’re kicking high enough, so you have room to fit an outside crescent into it.
02 Pop 360
You actually need a Pop 360 Hyper, where you kick through and land on the kicking leg. That would be a Feilong minus the roundkick.
03 Pop Feilong
Now just put both together. Setup the same way as you would for a Pop 360 and then add the roundkick right when your outside crescent kick kicks through the target. That’s it.
Tips
Try to hit the same target twice and not two different ones. That means spot in front of you and drive both legs through that target.
The Feilong can be a great prerequisite for doubleleg, because they are very similar. The feilong kicks through the target separately and the doubleleg simultaneously.
